Keep The Lions
Starving!

 

 

There's trusting in GOD and then there is trusting in GOD.  The Followers of JESUS trust in GOD everyday to provide for their daily needs according to HIS Word for food, clothing and a place to live. 

Matthew 6:26

"Look at the birds of the air; they do not sow or reap or store away in barns, and yet your HEAVENLY FATHER feeds them.  Are you not much more valuable than they?"

And then there is trusting in GOD like Daniel trusted GOD when the King had him thrown into the lion's den.  Everywhere Daniel looked there was another starving lion smacking their lips in anticipation, thinking;  "I bet he tastes just like chicken!"

When the unbelieving king saw that the starving lion's could not touch Daniel because of his faith and trust in the Living GOD, he had Daniel lifted out of the den.

Daniel 6:23

"The king was overjoyed and gave orders to lift Daniel out of the den.  And when Daniel was lifted from the den, no wound was found on him, because he had trusted in his GOD."


Daniel knew from experience that spirit led faith and trust in GOD is always rewarded.  When Believers in JESUS today put their trust in GOD just like Daniel did, the lions of this world who are out to devour them end up starving to death!  As for you personally, let the lions starve as you keep your trust in GOD and personally experience HIS mighty deliverance in your life.

Now if you happen to be a person who has never accepted JESUS as your personal SAVIOR, you are an expert when it comes to starving lions doing all they can to make a meal out of you.  You can turn things around today, actually the very minute you are reading this article as as matter of fact.  One decision by you and just like Daniel, you can be lifted from the den without a wound found on you because of your new trust in GOD.

The decision is yours, you are free to be eaten by the lions of this life by doing nothing, or you can make the choice Daniel did.
