There comes a time in everyone's life when only a miracle from GOD will see them through the day.  Beginning with the miracle of Creation there are more than 180 miracles recorded in the Holy Bible. From GOD ALMIGHTY to common man, miracles continue to this very day and the Scriptures reveal no end in sight.  Most people will find that they will have need of more than one miracle throughout their lifetime.

According to Webster's Dictionary a miracle is defined as "something wonderful; a wonder, a marvelous thing, something which seems to go beyond the known laws of nature and is held to be the act of a supernatural being; a supernatural event."  That is an elegant way of saying; "GOD the FATHER blesses the world with miracles that display HIS glory, and love for mankind."  Christianity is known as:  'the religion of miracles, of wonders."

It is recognized that JESUS performed 46 miracles during HIS short years on earth as a man, and that HIS Disciples at least 26 miracles of their own.  Not a single need of mankind was left untouched or ignored by the LORD.  It is recorded in the four gospels that everywhere JESUS went, all the sick and or demon possessed people were healed, no one was left unattended.  No known illness was too difficult for JESUS or HIS Disciples to heal, not blindness, being crippled, born deaf and mute, why even the dead were raised.

A miracle may also include supernatural provision.  The first year my wife and I became Christians we had little in the way of funds since I had left normal employment to enter into ministry preparation.  One day we ran out of baby food for our first born child.  We remembered GOD'S Word;  "I was young and now I am old,  yet I have never seen the righteous forsaken or their children begging bread."  Psalms 37:25

My wife Deborah and I just finished our prayers and there was a knock on the door.  A man who owed us money for many years went hundreds of miles out of his way to bring us the monies he owed us.  There were diapers and baby food abundance in our home that day! There was no doubt that the LORD performed a miracle of provision for us, and deliverance of a long standing debt for our friend.
